Senua Clotiaux and Advelia Hébert purchased their farm in 1927 where they raised their three children. Senua and Advelia’s farm was located about five miles south of Kaplan. All three of their children, however, were born on the Joseph Hébert (Advelia Hébert’s father) farm located about 8 miles west of Perry. Today (2004) Senua Clotiaux’s son Melvin Clotiaux and his wife Rosa Belle Nunez live on the Senua Clotiaux farm3095.
