It is uncertain what this date represents as her daughter confirmed that she was still living in 20087663. Also, it appears that Coronack, Sasketchewan, CANADA is probably her birth place since David Edwin LaBine was born in Flat Lake, Alberta, CANADA and the five children of David Edwin LaBine and Ruth Lavon Bassett were born in Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA. Furthermore, David Edwin LaBine remarried and had two additional children in Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - indicating that he lived his entire life in Alberta, CANADA and did not live in Sasketchewan, CANADA. Thus it appears that Ruth Lavon Bassett was probably born in Coronack, Sasketchewan, CANADA and moved to Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA where she was married to David Edwin LaBine and had her children there.
