At the time of their marriage Theresa Labine was a resident of Azilda, Ontario and Jean Guy Sequin was a resident of Val-Tétreau, Gatineau, Québec. The parents of Therese Labine were Joseph Labine and Malvina Menard. The parents of Jean Guy Sequin were Amedée Sequin and Clara Theriault. The witnesses to their marriage were Robert Labine and Amelée Sequin. The priest officiating at their marriage was L. A. Daoust. Therese Labine was baptized at Sainte-Agnès Catholic Church in Azilda, Ontario on 24 May 1931. Jean Guy Sequin was baptized in Val-Tétreau, Gatineau, Québec on 15 September 1930.

November 27, 1914 - October 22, 2005
Peacefully, in her sleep, Yvonne left us to sew angels' wings on
Saturday, October 22, 2005 at St. Joseph's Villa, Dundas, Ontario in her
91st year. Predeceased by her husband, Albert (1991), and thirteen
brothers and sisters, and survived by her daughter Claudette (Tom
Mancini), grand-daughters Chantal (Glen Matthews) and Regan, two
brothers, Ray and Leo, and four sisters, Germaine, Lucienne, Lorraine
and Therese, and scores of nieces and nephews and their children.
Cremation has taken place
A Memorial Mass will be held at St.Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church,
715 Centre Rd., Waterdown on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 11 a.m.
In her memory, donations to St. Joseph's Villa or the Stephen Lewis
Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
