Pearl was preceded in death by Delbert Fossett Sr. and son, Raymond A. Fossett. Survivors include her husband, Leo Labine; daughter, Deborah Edwards; sons, Delbert W. Fossett Jr., Daniel E. Fossett, John T. Fossett and Gregory S. Fossett; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Leopold G. Labine passed away peacefully at 5 p.m., November 17, 2009, at the Henderson Memorial Hospital in Henderson, Texas. No services are scheduled. His wishes were for donations, in lieu of flowers, be sent in his memory, to Pastor Ralph N. Cone Jr., Pine Crest Bible Church, 1208 Rodden Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.

He is survived by his five children, Jerry Labine, Denis Labine, Doris Holley, Polette Grimm and Paul Labine; as well as five stepchildren, Debbie Edwards, Delbert Fossett, Dan Fossett, John Fossett and Greg Fossett.

Mr. Labine was a devoted Christian and served the Lord well. He was born in Azilda, Ontario, on September 5th, 1922, he grew up in the area better know as Sudbury, Ontario Canada, home of (INCO) The International Nickel Company where he worked under ground for over 25 years before deciding to move his family to sunny Southern California to work for Kaiser Steel until they closed their doors in Eagle Mountain, California, in 1983. He divorced in 1971, from his then wife Flossie Labine of 25 years who has survived him as well. He married Pearl in 1975, and remained married until her death 15 days before his. They resided in Longview, Texas for the last 12 years. “10020

The marriage of Léopold Labine and Flossie Langdon occurred on 1 January 1947 at the Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire Catholic Church in Blezard Valley, Ontario, Canada. At the time Léopold Labine was living in Chelmsford, Ontario, Canada and Flossie Langdon was living at Blezard Valley, Ontario, Canada. The parents of Léopold Labine were Joseph Labine and Malvina Ménard. The parents of Flossie Langdon were Albert Langdon and Rose Nault. Witnesses to their marriage were Albert Belaire of Chelmsford, Ontario and Albert Langdon of Blezard Valley, Ontario. Father G. Beleourty was the priest that married them. There were three banns of their upcoming marriage published. Léopold Labine had been baptized at Chelmsford, Ontario on 10 September 1922. Flossie Langdon had been baptized at Blezard Valley on 22 October 1927.9967

“ Yvonne Anna Belair (née Labine)
November 27, 1914 - October 22, 2005

Peacefully, in her sleep, Yvonne left us to sew angels' wings on
Saturday, October 22, 2005 at St. Joseph's Villa, Dundas, Ontario in her
91st year. Predeceased by her husband, Albert (1991), and thirteen
brothers and sisters, and survived by her daughter Claudette (Tom
Mancini), grand-daughters Chantal (Glen Matthews) and Regan, two
brothers, Ray and Leo, and four sisters, Germaine, Lucienne, Lorraine
and Therese, and scores of nieces and nephews and their children.
Cremation has taken place

A Memorial Mass will be held at St.Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church,
715 Centre Rd., Waterdown on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 11 a.m.

In her memory, donations to St. Joseph's Villa or the Stephen Lewis
Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
