Joseph, qui y fut inhumé le 22 mars 1764, âgé de’environ 21 ans, donc né vers 1743;
Catherine, inhumée le 8 septembre 1760, âgée de 15 ans, donc née vers 1745;

e - Michel Doucet, born the 10th of March 1703, was the brother of Joseph Doucet whom we happen to see. He married at Port-Royal the 25th of November 1732 Angélique Pitre, daughter of Claude Pitre and of Marie Comeau, born the 9th of June 1707, twin of Françoise; she was the widow of François Robichaud, son of François and of Madeleine Terriot, whom she had married at Port-Royal the 24th of February 1727; this François was then the brother of Marie-Madeleine Robichaud whom we have seen above, married to Joseph Doucet, brother of Michel. After the baptism of their son
Michel done at Port-Royal the 23rd of April 1739, born the same year, we no longer find entries in the registers of Port-Royal of the baptism of the children who followed. Note that Michel, fils, wed at Notre-Dame du Havre the 7th of July 1764 Marie-Blanche Cousin, native of Louisbourg, age of 18 years, daughter of Jean Cousin, deceased, and of Judith Guidry, the latter being born at Boston, as we have already said in the 20th and 31st chapters.
Although after 1739 we no longer find any baptism of the children of Michel Doucet and of Angélique Pitre, there were nevertheless some others as the registers of Notre-Dame du Havre, where that family was sent in exile, prove; we discover there, in fact,
Joseph, who was buried there the 22nd of March 1764, about 21 years old, therefore, born about 1743;
Catherine, buried the 8th of September 1760, 15 years old, hence born about 1745;
Elisabeth, “native of Ste Anne de l’Acadie”, buried the 22nd of February 1760, 7 years old, therefore, born about 1753. Likewise,
Euphrosine has died at Saint-Martin de Chantenay, (Nantes), the 7th of June 1785, 41 years old, hence born about 1744. Michel, père, had preceded them in the tomb because he was buried at the same place the 19th of February 1760, three days before Elisabeth.
